video material designed for EFL teachers - help

I am looking for video material that are designed for EFL teachers for helping them in teaching the different skills and learn classroom management techniques.

There's very little video on the net for free because it is so expensive.

Longman had a series of videos, but I can't find them on the net, I'm afraid.
