Hey
On your placement search.
I saw your note in www.usingenglish.com and I thought www.ef.com would help
you with that.If that s not the best, well that s the only I had found for free.
Tell me what u think of that placement test.
see you.

It is fine for an individual, but wouldn't meet the requirements of the original poster.

hi again! i've been looking for a test so far and the result i got is not satisfactory. my company has purchased three different software tests
TOEIC - from the site you have recommended me,
TOEFL
and FCE.
but TOEIC software doesn't give appropriate score calculation - even the tech support team has agreed they have a bug in their product. So i'm hezitating to buy anything else from that company besides they do not give promt anserwers and it seems are not responsible for their products.
TOEFL is not oriented strictly to business and doesn't provide a meaningful scale - what each score means (as it should be for example - if a person gets 450 score than he/she can do this and this and that)
FCE estimates a given level of language skills, but can not provide with the "diagnose" of how well a person knows english.

Actually my arms are full.... I don't see any direction to proceed with my search and my chief demands the test were found as soon as impossible....

can anyone help?.......

i need business english test software - free or purchasable, which can give a scale to define the language skills level of a person, and the scoring should correlate with international english language skills scale....
