One: One teaching ?! Pros cons

I am doing a research on one-on-one lessons
I need some feedback from random teachers on one-to-one lessons.
requirements:
Must be a teacher for at least one year
must have a certificate or higher degree

Please note your experiences on the pros and cons and your over all experience on teaching one-on-one lessons.
