Hi all,
I am evaluating a general English textbook nowadays. I need approved questionnaires that can be handed to the present students and teachers. I also need an approved questionnaire for graduates.

If you are evaluating a textbook, then you need to think about what you want to evaluate and how you want to evaluate it. This means preparing your own questionnaires.

There are no 'approved' questionnaires. Those of us who want information prepare our own questionnaires to suit our own individual needs.

If you would like to post some possible questins for your project, then I am sure some members will be happy to post their comments and make suggestions.

Many thanks for your fruitful reply. I need to see if this book meets with the needs of learners or not. I know that similar projects were done and Ican benifit from their questionnaires. I will be grateful if anyone can help me find some.
