Help for pen-pal project

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a group of students of english to start a project with elementey students to practise their writing and reading abilities through writing to pen-pals.....I think it's a funny activity and they can be in contact with other cultures. It's not necessary to be native english speakers, just people that want to communicate in english and enjoy their learning.
The idea is to start next year with my group of students ( about 28 people)...

I have been thinking the same thing, but I am a bit usure how to find students who will fit my own. I am from Norway, teaching students who are young adults. The group are about 15 persons, some days only ten.
I would like to know the age of your students, and how it sounds when I tell you this.
