I'm doing a lesson on food (uncountable nouns and quantifiers)

however, I'm looking for a really good 'activate' at the end of the lesson to give them a good 15mins speaking for fluency practise.

It doesn't necessarily have to be even related to food...

something like... in groups... decide what 5 people, dead or alive you would invite to a dinner party and why.
I could give quieter students roles to play i.e. a strong opinion to invite Michael Jackson for example.

Any other ideas?
