Help with english training course

Im a newbie, I completed my pharmaceutical science degree in the UK and there are no jobs available in this sector or any other sector.

I was thinking of teaching english abroad, but I am confused about which qualification I need. I've done some research and stuck on whether to choose tefl or celta.

Id like to teach somewhere in the middle east, would they prefer a celta or tefl?

If I choose celta would I only be allowed to teach adults or kids as well?

I've also tried looking for teaching jobs abroad too see which qualification employers prefer but im struggling to find any sites that list any english teaching jobs abroad. What are the best sites for finding teaching english jobs abroad?

Id appreciate any advice given.
