Does anyone know where I could find some banking forms?

I've been searching everywhere for some banking forms. I'm preparing a workbook for this course that I've been told to give and I can't find any materials on Financial Institutions. If I was in a english speaking country I'd have all those forms.

Can anyone help me with this?
