Fluency or accuracy
Yesterday I examined my group with FCE format. I was desperate with the results: their are fluent but what they say is shocking. Lots of mistakes. Modern approaches promote fluency, all activities are designed to develop fluence but accyracy? What can you recommend to develop accuracy with higher levels?

Place a higher assessment value onto accuracy, and fail students if they produce a fluent stream of nonsense.
