ESL books for university students
First of all, I would like to thank you all who contribute to the forum by spending their time helping people all around the world. I have been following this forum for a year or so, and it really helped me in terms of professional development.
Now, the thing is I have been teaching university prep students, and we have been using New English File for almost two years. For the next semester we are not really sure if we should go on with NEF series. After some research we have come up with two other options. Speakout by P. Longman and Outcomes by Heinle Cengage. Personally, I liked both books, but couldn't decide which one is better since I haven't used them in class. Has any of you ever used one of these books? Which one would you recommend? I'll really appreciate your feedback.
Thank you all
