    Default Teaching Nutrition

    I am wondering if anyone has any tips and/or resources for teaching nutrition to ESL students in high school. We have a lab where I can do cooking demonstrations and they can cook too.

    There are some Hotel English sites here that might have some stuff: English for Special Purposes - ESL Web Directory - UsingEnglish.com
    There's also a subsection there for medical English that might help with the science of nutrition.
