What to charge

Hello,

I am new to esl and would like to know what others think is an acceptable price to charge for esl lessons in Spain.

I am English and when I took a Spanish course a few years back the pricing was 15 Euros per hour for private (one to one) lessons or 30 Euros per hour for a group of 4 people, making it cheaper per person.

Does this sound about right for private lessons?

What are others charging for private ESL classes in that area of Spain? I would try to find that out and use it as a basis- Spanish speakers in Spain may be less of an asset than English speakers- salaries for teaching ESL in the UK are very low- I used to live in Cambodia and a teacher there could make more money than many are earning in London without taking the cost of living into consideration.
