Has anyone ever worked in Budapest, Hungary? I am interested in finding out about the job market, pay and conditions, jobs teaching adults etc.
I am English so no problem working there legally.

I think you have quite good possibilities if you decide to come to Bp. Native speakers of English are always welcome in almost every language school in Bp., and there are plenty of them. It would be an advantage having any kind of certificate in teaching or having some previous teaching experience. The wages, or rather the payments may varry. For an experinced non-native it can be 2500-3500HUF /h (60mins) -"being employed" by a language school- . Natives ear more. I have no information about those prices. Bye,berberis
