What exactly do you need help with?

If you are about to start teaching English, it would be a good idea to start using capital letters at the start of your sentences.

There is no problem , but actually , I shocked when I didn't find any reply .
I want your advices in dealing with students inside the class .

heart of happiness, your request is simply much too general. Whole books have been written on this. We can perhaps deal with specific questions, such as "Is it necessary for the teacher to speak only English during the lesson, or is it acceptable to use the students' native language sometimes?" We can't however, write a 'How to be a good teacher' manual for you.
