Activities for "Tag Question" lesson plan

Is there any fun activity that i can teach the concept of "Tag Question" effectively?

It's not something I've seen turned in to much fun. It also depends how far you wish to teach it. Some stop at the basic concept of a positive sentence with a negative tag, etc, others go in for intonation and then there are the positive tags with positive questions, etc.
