Question Teaching Assistantships

Hello, does anyone know about teaching assistantships? I have the CELTA qual but that is from 2000 and i would like to ease my way into the profession by helping out an experienced teacher, building up teaching materials, experience, confidence etc.

Check out the JET Programme. You will have to wait a year to go but it sounds like a good fit for you.
