'is been'

I want sentances on 'is been'. use of 'is been' is correct or wrong.

"Is been" is incorrect. You might see a sentence like this:

"He's been in hospital."

This is really "He has been in hospital."

When you see 's followed by been, the 's is a contraction of "has", not "is".
