I'm the beginner

Hello!
I'm the beginner of this website
I have difficult to speak English. Everyone says that listening is the most difficult skill, but I see speaking is the difficulty. Because I think if you hear what you say you can hear what people say. I don't know how I can speak well :-( . Whenever I speak I must translate Vietnamese to English, so I speak very slowly and hardly do I have sense of speaking. Finally please tell me the way to escape from this problem.
Could you tell me some of websites that have online conversation? :-|

Hi!
Just watch TV in English, listen to BBC and CNN news and what's the most important try to speak English as much as it's possible. Unfortunately I have no links for online chats. I prefer speaking English in real life situations.
