Urgent: Best Elementary Course Book for Adult Foreigners

Whats the best course book for adult foreigners whose knowledge of English is confined to the alphabet and some misunderstood grammar basics. I need a book that minimizes the role of grammar and concnentrates on communication.

Hi,
I'm an English teacher in Seville in Spain. I think that New English File from Oxford University Press is a wonderful book. At the moment I'm using it with a group of older students and they seem very happy with it. It has lots of resources too.
