    Arrow at 7 in the evening

    I have two questions.
    Q1: Are the following sentences grammatically correct?
    S1: Tom has supper at 7 in the evening.
    S2: Tom has supper in the evening at 7.
    Q2: Is S2 far more widely used in daily life than S1? And why?

    Both are okay, but the second is more likely.
