different students different levels

hey all

i have a question. Hoe does your lesson plan change if you have different levels of English in your classroom? How can you approach everyone? what about exams?
Is it possible to bring all the students to the same level?

This is what I encounter for a couple of years.The thing I'm expected to do ,is to suppose oll of the students the same and teach from the first steps.sinse the weakers must catch the strongers .At the same time I should try to make the class interesting for the strongers ,too.

here is a thought, why not give the stronger kids help the weaker kids. they will all benefit from it.

You're right.I devide the students into some groupes and have the strongers to be the head of the groups and healp the weakers.this helps me ,too as the teacher.
