I want to thank for help everybody . Now, I study english for second language (in australia) but I have problem with listening. everyday I watch TV and listen to music but I didn't feel better.

I want to your advise.

Are you doing structured listening at all with exercises to test your understanding?

lots of good videos for listening with quizzes and correction.

I also have lots of listening stuff on our site EFL Classroom 2.0. click games or stories in paricular.

How long have you been in Australia?

You've probably improved, but you just haven't noticed it. Listening is always good, and you don't have to listen very hard, but it takes time.

But as well as listening, you should speak. If you haven't already done so, find some Australian friends and spend time with them. A good way to do this is to find a club that you might enjoy -- for example, if you like cycling, there may be a cycling club; or if you like poetry, maybe a poetry club.
