Do you mean Cambridge exams (KET / PET / FCE/ CAE / CPE, Starters/Movers/Flyers etc. If so there's some information at Cambridge ESOL: Are you a teacher?

I followed that link, but didn't find anything for people wanting to become examiners in Europe. Perhaps I'm looking in the wrong place? I'm in Spain and am also interested in becoming a certified examiner.
