Unhappy Help

Hi i'm helping students that are taking the IELTS examination. I do not have experience in teaching English but as a native speaker in a country with very few British native speakers i have been told that it would be useful for students to have a teacher like me. So i am now teaching a group but i am finding it hard because i feel that i need to include grammer in it and i just don't know where to start. I have many books on grammer but when it comes to teaching them about it i don't know to what extent i have to go because i am just helping them with the speaking section. So i would be grateful if some one can give me an example of how i would need to teach grammer in a speaking lesson.
