Default map for teaching directions

hi there, i am planning a lesson for elementry level to teach directions, i am looking for a map of a decent size in colour with streets, landmarks, shops etc clearly drawn on. i have looked everywhere i can think of and still no luck, i would really appreciate any links or someone pointing me in the right direction! thankyou so much, frannie

Have you tried Multimap? Maps of the world, country map search - powered by Multimap

Choose your town, select the size of map, print it off and fill in what else you might need before copying it for the class.
