hi friend I want to know how to to tech intonation to weak pupils -or is it necessary to taech it ?

Intonation should be used :
1. with begining students when you cannot understand them.
2. with advanced students who have mastered vocabulary, reading, writing and
grammar.

It's a good idea at all levels to help students to get a basic grasp of how to make questions sound polite with intonation. You don't have to spend ages on it, but just every time you teach some question forms, show them how to make their voices express politeness.

It's an area that really makes a difference as soon as they start to use the language with native speakers or with other non-native speakers.
