i would like you too to give me all the suggestions that may help me in my work.
Do you mean a real-life club, or an on-line club?

An on-line forum-type club is probably a bad idea, in my opinion.
my club is on real life not an online club
What is the age range for participants and what sort of subjects will you cover?
the participants' number is not fixed till now because it's a new club, the 1st of it's kind too,it started working since three weeks,we have 2hours a week'every thursday' thus i can't give you a fixed number it may increase or decrease, till now we recieved about20 persons from diffrent ages
we deal with all sorts of issues ie we discuss the diffrent subjects coz our aim is to improve the spoken english language
i've briefly explain in my previous msg how we work
Why don't you try a few formats with them first to see what goes down well. Also, you can continue to vary the format so that it doesn't go stale.
