Question Teaching grammar& Vocabulary

Dear teachers,

I am going to be a teacher of English in the next 2 years. I wish to become an ESP teacher. However, I am wondering much about it. Pls share your thoughts and your own experiences on :

1. What ESP is supposed to do? I should teach all things like teaching General English(GE)?

2. Should I teach students grammar and vocabulary as GE? Is there anything special or tips in teaching my students those ESP grammar and vocab?

Warm Regards,
