Default Jokes and humour for teaching English

I like using jokes and humour with my classes - and the students like it too, of course. There's a photocopiable book called "Lessons with Laughter" published by Thomson, and I've found a website called ESLjokes.net, which has grammar and vocab exercises to back up the jokes, but does anybody know of any other joke-based teaching resources?

And how do you use jokes in a way which is more than just reading the joke with the class? Sometimes I think it would be nice to extend it with some sort of communicative activity based on the joke, but I haven't been able to think of anything.
