Please Help!!!

Hi again!
Is there anyone who could help me to find a short text (approx. 15-20 lines) which would contain both, past simple tense and present perfect? I have searched all over the internet and I couldn't find any. Please help me! I have to present the difference between past simple used for describing past activity in factual way and present perfect to look back from the present on a past activity (elementary level). If there is anyone who can help me, please do! I will be very grateful!
