Exclamation teaching practice

I am now learning to teaching English. The teacher wants to know the students' capability in delivering speech. As this subject is really new to me (just a few weeks learning), I really do not know how to start it. Is anyone here able to help me; for example, I would like to talk about a nine-year kid helping her mother sell cookies in her neighborhood and school. How to make an outline (intro, body, and conclusion)? Thank you.

I'm afraid don’t quite understand what you are after. Do you need help trying to structure a lesson plan or to asses your students’ abilities and needs? Perhaps these ICALwiki articles on how to carry out a needs analysis and create a good lesson plan and/or syllabus might help:
