Default what is mean "AC and Non AC"

Help me pls!

"Fill This Form and Non AC Deluxe Bus Rentals will call instantly for Bus Hire..."
AC and Non AC? what dones this mean?

It could mean air-conditioned and not air-conditioned.
But I can't understand why you'd call a company "Non AC Deluxe Bus Rentals"

I thought "naturally air-conditioned" was the euphemism for that.

This definately should refer to Air Conditioned for AC and Non AC for non Air Condtioned busses. These terms are very common in India while referring to Busses, Train Coaches, Hotel Rooms, etc
