As requested by Mr. DDD to install a alarm system in store room, three contractors have been invited to quote the installation of conduit and data cable. In view of the offered by the QI, I recommend to award the installation work to the lowest QI, i.e. ABC. My recommendation is not only the QI prices offered by ABC but also the quality of works that ABC has done for similar work in past, which has completed satisfactorily.
