Red face Please analyse my tenses in my text

Hello teacher,

Please do let me know what mistake that I have done in my text below:

I had filled up the account maintenance form and if there is any mistake or incorrect that did by me, please feel free to let me know.

Hi Draggy,
Mostly (but not always)we use present participles after preposition like:before sending

Secondly,we do not use "to" with "let".
