Default case assigners for NP

The task is to identify case assigner for each noun phrase. First is an example and should be correct. What about others? Are they correct or missing some phrases/assigners.
Mary leaves for Durham on Monday.*
Mary, Case assigner: tensed I
Durham, Case assigner: preposition for
Monday, Case assigner: preposition on.*

Catherine prefers for us to eat lunch first.
Catherine, case assigner: tensed I
us, case assigner:preposition for

They are still waiting for Jorge.*
