"gotta" and "gonna" are non-standard and extremely informal corruptions of "got to" and "going to". They are not considered acceptable in most registers of Standard English. "Dude" is also informal, and should probably be avoided in formal registers. All three expressions are currently receiving a lot of use in the US election campaign by a speaker who uses them to convey an impression of informality and commonness.
