[Grammar] ‘at’ or ‘outside’ the bar/theater

These sentences do not confuse me:
We meet every Friday at the bar ‘Drunken Ouster’
I spend a lovely evening at the theater.
It’s clear that the matter concerns events happening INSIDE the building.

These sentences do not confuse me too:
I saw a fight outside the club.
The taxi came to a stop outside our house.
There was a huge crowd outside the airport waiting for him.
It’s clear that the matter concerns events happening OUDSIDE the building.

But when I asked the Microsoft Word to translate a sentence from my native language into English, I got the same preposition ‘at’ in the sentence:
We agreed to meet at the pub next Wednesday at 5.
regardless of events INSIDE or OUTSIDE the building.

Isn’t it more correct to use the preposition ‘at’ if we agreed to meet INSIDE the building:
We agreed to meet at the pub in the following Wednesday at 5 pm.

And preposition ‘outside’ if we agreed to meet OUTSIDE the building
We agreed to meet outside the pub next Wednesday at 5pm.

Otherwise these's an ambiguity about where we agreed to meet.

Ok, the right sentence should be:
We meet every Friday at ‘Drunken Ouster’ bar.
Istead of
We meet every Friday at the bar ‘Drunken Ouster’
Right?

Not quite. You need a definite article: We meet every Friday at the Drunken Oyster bar.

Also, you meant to write I meant.​
