How should I read 0.52 m: zero point five two meter or zero point five two meters?

Some non-American people would say 'nought' rather than 'zero'.
Although it does show up from time to time, few Americans use "nought" for zero.

In case my last post left the wrong impression, I'd like to clarify something: I'm not one of the sadly numerous Americans who seem to believe that others are not actually people. :)

I'd probably say "nought point five two meters".

I'd definitely say that.

You could just say point five two metres.
