I came across this expression:
Meaningful home.
This is an example:

It was interesting because I'm sure it does not mean meaningful in the sense that it bears a meaning like a word.
So in this content, what would be the meaning of meaningful?

I checked several dictionaries, and the best I could come with was that it means it is a home that has a function. So does it mean a practical home? or a useful one?
Or maybe it means that the home means a lot for its residents, so it's dear to them. I don't know, I'm just brainstorming.

Thanks.

It's an odd use of the word, I agree. But I think your last suggestion fits. It's a home with meaning and character and substance.

Yes, it's as clear as it could be:

Your home doesn't have to be perfect, just meaningful. I believe a home should be your personal sanctuary and enable meaningful living.

By this I mean simplifying life to be able to enjoy the experiences and people that make it wonderful, and become so fulfilled that you overflow and give that joy to others around you as well.

Thank you all.
But the explanation in the first paragraph does not convey any meaning of the word "meaningful" in dictionaries. It is just blabbing about how great the home is.
So is this expression (meaningful home) not so common in English? Or maybe new.

I googled and just found that there is a book called:
Crafting a Meaningful Home: 27 DIY Projects to Tell Stories, Hold Memories, and Celebrate Family Heritage

Ikea is also have a campaign called "Meaningful Home"!
See attached image.
I wonder what they mean.

In my opinion this use of meaningful is an excellent example of bafflegab.

"Meaningful" can mean "something that has purpose".

Look up the word "meaning" and you'll find that "purpose" is one of its meanings.

Sometimes words are used flexibly. Dictionaries don't always tell you every fine difference.

But the explanation in the first paragraph does not convey any meaning of the word "meaningful" in dictionaries.

Right. In some cases, such as this one, dictionaries just can't help you.

So is this expression (meaningful home) not so common in English? Or maybe new.

No, it's not common, nor is it an expression or collocation of any kind. The writer is using the word 'meaningful' in their own way. You can tell this by the fact that they then make a point of trying to explain exactly what they mean by 'meaningful'. If you don't still don't understand what they mean after they've spelled it out, don't worry about it.

Thank you for you meaningful contribution. :)
