Can you please help me how to say thanks to my Manager for a decent appraisal. Thanks !!

It depends on the degree of formality of your relationship and whether you are writing or speaking. I'd send an email saying that you would just like to thank them for their appraisal- I can't see the need for much more than that. What else is there to say?
