It is said by a servant to his drunken young noble who is going from pub to pub, usually buying rounds to every one. The servant sees money is running away very fast. The noble has a lot of friends as far as he has money.

Is it saying "Maybe you could use your charm..." or something like that?

The servant is suggesting that it would be a good idea for the noble to reduce the amount he is spending on his "friends".

Maybe the money he carries is running out but since he is a very wealthy man, he can always find money to burn.
