Do we work construction or at construction site? Perhaps "at" or "on" construction?

I believe both at a construction site and on a construction site will be fine.

By the way, has anyone seen any databases, websites which collect online tutors?? I am looking for an online tutor for my nephew.

There's a lot, you sholuld google 'online tutor' or stg like that, otherwise I need to improve my english, and I'm looking for a teacher as well ;-) a couple of week ago I came across this site: teachingglobal.com, its quite new but worth a try!
