Grammar does not change when you are talking about religious things.

If you don't become a good person, you will go to hell. This has the form of the first conditional. It is about a future possibility. Provided that the condition in the if-clause is fulfilled, the future situation of of the second clause is seen as a certainty.

If you don't become a good person, you go to hell.This has the form of the zero conditional. It is presented as a general truth. Going to hell is the inevitable consequence of not becoming a good person.
