I don't know when to use adjectives + enough and enough + adjectives.

For example

The weather is not _________ for a picnic.

1, enough nice
b, nice enough

Please guide me.

Never use 'enough + adjective' and you'll be safe enough. That's a good enough answer, I think.
 
Adjective + enough
Enough + noun

It's not hot enough for a picnic.
I don't have enough bread to make a picnic lunch.

He's not handsome enough to be a model.
He doesn't have enough hair to be a model.

They are not rich enough to buy a house.
They don't have enough money to buy a house.
