Welcome to the forums, Shirin.

'My pleasure' is an appropriate response to a message of thanks.

We normally capitalise "SMS" (Short Message Service). Also, in BrE, we tend to refer to it as a "text message" or just a "text".

I sent her a text to say thank you.

 It means 'It was a pleasure for me to do it, and therefore there's no need to thank me.'

[thinks]

There are two elements in the convention:
(It was a pleasure for me to do it) + (There's no need for thanks.)

English omits the second element; Spanish - No hay de qué - omits the first.

I'm really grateful to all of you.

Yes, "My pleasure" would be an appropriate response to the compliment "Thank you very much". You could also say, "the pleasure was all mine" (usually in response to something like "Thank you, I had a great time") or "It was a pleasure to meet you" or "It was a pleasure seeing you after such a long time".
