Hi Sohel

First I would like to congratulate you for trying to learn another language. You are doing allright but you need to work a bit harder.
When you rearrange words in a sentence, you need to remember what's important:1)meaning (what is it you want to say) and 2) form (how you say it so that others understand).
I am going to help you with your first case.
If what you mean to say is " my brother is never willing to work" than the correct choise would be a) My brother is not willing to work always.
On the other hand, if you mean to say"my brother sometimes is willing to work and sometimes not, than your correct choise would be b) My brother is not always willing to work.
I hope this helps.
Good luck with your studies.

You are doing allright but you need to work a bit harder.
It's 'all right' or 'alright', not 'allright'.
If what you mean to say is " my brother is never willing to work" th[STRIKE]a[/STRIKE]en the correct choi[STRIKE]s[/STRIKE]ce would be a) My brother is not willing to work always.
If what you mean to say is "my brother is never willing to work", then none of the four options, or your suggestion, is appropriate.

LearningEnglish, your profile shows your native language as American English. Is that correct? If not, please amend it as soon as possible. I suspect that it is incorrect as a native speaker would be well aware that more than half of the sentences you posted are not correct English.
