[Idiom] Using "as of"

Please find the status of issues as of 4/7/2013 6:00 PM.
In the context to send a status report daily on the current status of the issues.

I would probably use something like "Please find attached the Issue Status Report from/of 6pm on 4/7/13".

I just realised that your thread title asked about the usage of "as of". There have been other discussions on the forum about this. As you can see from my first response, I wouldn't use it in this context at all. You will hear (although many native speakers don't like it) "As of 6pm on 4/7/13, there are no known issues".
