I don’t know why a British linguist uses the Present Perfect with the time word- yesterday. Am I totally wrong to say that "Please teacher, I have heard this yesterday from a native speaker of English," is grammatical, please?

That's a classically wrong use of the present perfect and, yes, you would be totally wrong to say that it was grammatical.

Can you let us know who the British linguist is, and what he said or wrote?

Yes, I can. I am happy to let you know. Therefore, please, 5jj, I want to make sure that my transcription was correct. It is at 1:05. Click here, please.

David Crystal was quoting a non-native learner when he used those words. He would almost certainly not use the words in his own speech, and he would not claim that they were correct.

If he did, it would be one of those slips we make when speaking.
