help for composing mails

Mostly I am sending mail to higher authority to provide some update as below, pls help me so that i can write it in good language,

1. Some work has been done like , configuration of router has done properly .
2. I have checked some devices and found some problem.
3. docket i have raised is approved today and you can implement the changes now.

thanks for your rectification. Mostly I write "Docket is approved. Please implement the changes". Is that ok ?
 
Hi Team,

Delivery date is showing 29th Oct 2013 and as per your mail it has been received on 7th Nov 2013. All the original diagnosis reports and prescription original copies are required for further treatment. So return the same processing and settlement .

Please check if this mail is ok...
