Hi guys, guys, [one comma]
Can you tell me what the difference is between these two questions?

Q1 Wouldn't it be better?
Isn't it better?

-- We need a full sentence to tell you.

Q2 Are the following correct?

Don't he feel bored? -- No. Doesn't he feel bored. or "Isn't he bored?"
Don't you feel bored? -- That's okay as corrected. "Aren't you bored" is also okay.

Q3 Have you been here long? [question mark]
Can I say "Are you here long? [use ONE question mark] - No. Have you been here long?

Thanks all of you,,,,, [this is not a sequence of punctuation that has any meaning in English.
HAVE A NICE DAY! [lower case, please - and one exclamation mark is more than enough]
